UC知道开机后蓝并提示为.....怎么回事？？

开机后蓝提示为：

如何解决，谢谢。
一可能是硬件故障，或者坏了，或者松动。二可能是操作系统有问题。如果是硬件用排除法将不影响启动的硬件全部剔除，启动看看。如果是软件故障，最好覆盖或重做一遍

开机按F8然后点加在最后一次正确配置启动计算机
如果不可以那有可能是硬件坏了
这和病毒也有关系的,我建议要重装系统了啊
