关于安装rational rose 中的安装问题,急!!!

在刚开始选择完安装的组件时,系统检查时被中断,然后出现如下的文字,安装被迫终止,各位大哥大姐们，谁能帮帮忙
setup halted
The wizard was interrupted before rational could be completely installed
you system has not been modified
To install this program ata later time,
Please run the installation again
Clck Finish to exit the wizard

补充：首先我系统是WINDOWS XP ，一开始怀疑是windows installed的服务问题，重新安装了这个服务，问题照旧，还有，我不想重新安装操作系统，这个方法，是人都知道……
对了，我是第一次安装RATIONAL ROSE就出现了这个问题，以前从来没有安装过……

晕，rational rose 2003的平台有XP的，而且，我周围10多台机器，都可以在XP上安装，就我的不行

一、安装前的准备：
1、首先确认你已经安装了windows2000（不管哪个版本都行，当然最好是SERVER，至于windowsNT和windows98下面能否安装，本人没有试过此处不作评论）
2、到ftp://ftp2.rational.com/public/suites/EnterpriseSuite/releases/win/目录下下载RationalSuiteEnterprise.2001.03.00.271.000.zip（410MB）
3、到http://www.smiling.com.cn/upload/files/9986/ROSE_2001.zip 下载Rational Rose 2001的协议文件（大约18K）
4、解包RationalSuiteEnterprise 2001和Rational Rose 2001的协议文件
二、安装程序
1、启动RationalSuiteEnterprise 2001的安装程序
2、连点两次“NEXT”
3、在接下来的画面中选最后一项“install product before licensing”，然后点“next”
4、再点一次“NEXT”
5、同意协议再点“NEXT”
6、选安装全部内容（custom/full）再点“NEXT）
7、选管理者（administrator）再点“NEXT”
8、再点“NEXT”然后慢慢等系统安装，最后重新启动电脑
9、系统会继续完成剩下的安装
三、安装协议服务器
1、再次启动RationalSuiteEnterprise 2001的安装程序
2、点“NEXT”
3、选取安装协议服务器（install license server）再点“NEXT”
4、按提示安装完协议服务器
四、解密RationalSuiteEnterprise 2001
