期中考试（middle examination）快要到了，David一直忙与学习，感到压力比较大。最近在家经常和父母吵架，在校和同学发生争执。自己不知道怎么办才好，请Sigmud给自己一个建议

Are you happy?I feel so broing this days cause you konw the Middle Examination will coming soon. I always busy in the hard work..and now I feel so tension.not just cause the study. this days. I always quarrel with my parents and my classmates. I donlt no what to do..could you help me or give me some advice.i have no way of studing.

How is everything going?I don't feel good.I really don't know where should I go for help.Because you know,the middle exam is about to come,so now I'm going over my study.I'm so nervious because of tiresome and tough study.I'm almost stressed out.What's more,on these days,I bickered with my parents and classmates over some trifle matters.I am really don't know how should I cope with them these matters and balance them well.Could you give me some advice to help me out to make
