judge by和judge from有什么区别

judge by “以……来判断,以……来看”,表示从音容,笑貌,衣着等进行判断.
例如：
Judging from his looks ,he may be sick.从外表看,他或许生病了.
judge from…“从……看,根据……可以看出”,表示从其他方面(证据,报告,说的话等) 进行判断.
例如：
Judging by his accent, he must be from Guangdong.听口音,他准是个广东人

属于“独立结构” 不能用 judged...形式
如Judging from / by his accent ,he comes from the south
