UC知道笔记本开机无法正常启动

昨天晚上病毒库还更新过,检查没有病毒,结果今天就无法启动了.

restart your computer.IF this screen appears again,follow these

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed
hardware or software.disable BIOS memory options such as caching
or shadowing If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8to select.
Advanced startup options,an then select safe mode .

问题是现在启动了一天了，都一直进不去安全模式啊！！！
可能是由于开关机不当，造成硬盘的某些档案受损（但愿是逻辑损伤！）。用XP的光盘启动机器，进入到主控制台模式，运行CHKDSK /R检查并修复硬盘错误（根据硬盘的大小，所需的时间也不同，一般来讲半个小时吧）。
建议，在备份了重要数据之后，分区、格式化、重装系统为上策，因为上述处理之后，仍然可能重现这样的故障！如果是OEM的XP，最好将补丁（http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Patch/Q315403/WXP/EN-US/q315403_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU.exe），据称Windows XP的标准的恢复处理是运行 chkdsk -f 命令并继续。但在Windows XP 的OEM版中却阻止了chkdsk -f命令的运行。
进安全模式,把你新安装的软件或硬件删除,重新启动就可以了
我也遇到过，重新启动几次就行了。
这是硬件或软件的问题，最好进入Safe mode（安全模式）里处理。
我懂的只有这么多。
