University of the Third Age Community

一楼的是“第三年龄大学”，1973年在法国将这一思想付诸实践，由图鲁兹社会科学大学的皮尔·维拉斯教授创办了世界上第一所第三年龄大学。
二楼的college指的是“学院”，不是大学，相当于大学的一个比“系”稍大的单位，或者独立大专院校。
