句子倒装且第一个空填that没有异议,第二个填what.
可以加个词容易理解以上句子.
It was not until dark that he found what he considered (is) the correct solution to the problem.
直到傍晚的时候他才意识到他所想出来的办法(这就是what的内容)是这个问题的正确解决方法.
第二题:

填variation
鞋店里有不同型号、不同颜色、不同形状的鞋。
第一题,是一个强调句.加上what是consider的宾语,consider后面接双宾啊.还B答案省略了that.
第二题用varies.意思是鞋店里的鞋子呈尺寸,颜色和形状上的差异.
