去加拿大UBC大学读博士

我是学英语语言学专业的，国内读的倒也算是名校，明年6月份硕士毕业，想去见拿大读博士，不知可行否？申请起来难吗？国内的硕士算吗？还有费用如何？谢谢了！！！
