紧急求救！！！WIN2000服务器版不能正常打开网页，请高手指导

普通服务器版本，装上了IIS服务。上网方式是ADSL宽带上网。
有的时候打开网页，他就会附带打开http://localhost/iishelp/iis/misc/default.asp
这一网页，有的时候甚至当前页也是这个页面，然后再打开同一页面。虽然有的时候多刷新就解决了，但是很麻烦啊。请各位告诉我一个简单点的解决办法，当然是在不影响IIS功能的情况下，解决后追加50分。
另外有的时候打开网页甚至在下载东西的时候弹出个登陆框，登陆到127.0.0.1什么的点确定也到上面的页面

保证只有一条设置就行,如有其他设置则是木马或病毒给你更改了,要杀毒了,呵呵,祝你好运
