这两中替代的我都见过可是为什么不同呢

it是说同一件物品。
如果 A:Is this your handbag?
回答 B:Yes, it is mine.
因为此种情况下B说的就是“your handbag”本身

而one则是指同一类。
比方 A:How beautiful your handbag is!
回答 B:You can buy one in the shop near here if you'd like to.
这里面的ONE是指和“your handbag”一样的同种物品而非其本身。
