淀粉、糖、肉类如何吃才不会形成脂肪?他们是如何转化为脂肪的?
我是问的它们的转换过程

淀粉is starch, rice, mee etc will be digested to bcm 糖(sugar).
sugar will be use to produce heat to do work.
addition of sugar will be converted to bcm glycogen and will be stored as fat(脂肪) jz below our skin (adipose tissue).
肉类is full of cholesterol, and will be convert to fatty acids, and will be stored at adipose tissue too.
both fat and sugar will be convert to carbon dioxide and water during work.
so do more exercise to get rid of this addition thing.
cholesterol also futher divided into LDL AND HDL.

少吃淀粉和糖、
肉类最好吃红色的瘦肉,不吃白色的肥肉,鸡肉除外,而且不要油炸肉,水煮肉片啦,炖肉都不容易胖
