哈格里斯夫(James Hargreaves)（？--1778年）英国工业革命时期珍妮纺纱机的发明者。原为兰开夏的织工。1765年发明以他女儿珍妮命名的纺纱机，是手摇纺纱车从一人纺1至2个纱锭提高到一个人可纺8至18个纱锭。大大的提高了劳动生产率。

James Hargreaves (1720 – 22 April 1778) was a weaver and carpenter in Lancashire, England. He is credited with inventing the spinning jenny in 1764.

Along with Richard Arkwright, Hargreaves is one of the most famous names of the Industrial Revolution in Britain, yet little is known of him as a person. Born at Stanhill in Lancashire, he lived at Blackburn, then a town with a population of about 5000, known for the production of "Blackburn greys," cloths of linen Warp and cotton weft. They were usually sent to London to be printed. The demand for cotton yarn outstripped supply, and the crude one-thread spinning wheel could not keep up.
