这个如果答案是taken care of行不？另外，being take care of，和taken care of在这里有什么不同啊，所表达的意思。

2．动词take有个义项是采纳，选取．在这个句子中选择介词from是根据句子的意思来判断的．居里夫人的故事来自（from）这本书中．原句是被动语态，故事是被选取的．

3．在英语中有此结构be of＋名词．名词前可加形容词来修饰．
The meeting is of great importance.这个会议很重要．
This magazine is of great value to the students of chemistry.
这本杂志对那些学化学的学生是非常有价值的．
of great value理解为表语也可以．但是有的语法学家把is of 理解为谓语，把great value 当作宾语．至于作什么成分，我们没必要分那么清楚．
4．It was about 600 years since the first clock with a face and hour hand was made.
自从（since）第一个带有面和时针的钟面世大约有600年了．
1.这里是进行时的被动，表示在中国老人一直就被重视。。。
2.from 和 in 的意思，这里是说书里介绍了什么，而不是从书里介绍了什么。
3. be of good value 其实你可以把句子变一下：This book is very useful to the students...就是说 be of good value=v
