UC知道QQ无法获取地理信息

我的QQ是最新版本的QQ2006BETA3，最近几天发现我的QQ无法获得地理位置（我已经设置了共享地理位置），以前可以获得的，会不会跟我换了杀毒软件有关？我现在用的杀毒软件是卡巴斯基6.0。我点击打开那个报告错误的地理位置以后，选了我的地理位置，点击提交后，出来这样的页面：Internal Server Error

这是为什么啊？应该怎么解决？别说重装QQ啊，不管用的。
谁比较了解卡巴6.0版的？防火墙关了就太危险了，已经是最低保护了！能够实际解决的，我追加100分！

请问你有下载什么防火墙吗?放火墙是一种阻止一般的系统文件和一些传输文件,如果你下了,那请你把它删了,或者把它里面的QQ显示内容更改看你就行了!
QQ2006BETA3是不太好用 我的也没有地址的 不过可以看到别人的地址
