系统文件破坏，怎么修复？

这个问题 ，自己也弄了好长时间，也搜了一下，没有什么好的答案，于是来这问一问，以前也没有遇到

这样的情况，晕死！路过的，请帮忙分析一下，谢谢！

说说情况吧：

开机能够登陆，进入系统后发现桌面、任务栏不见，只有桌面墙纸！
于是乎调出任务管理器，查看进程，只有9个，分别为：
taskmgr.exe
userinit.exe
lsass.exe
services.exe
winlogon.exe
csrss.exe
system
system Idle p... system

我想是系统服务有的没有启动吧，于是在运行中输入:msconfig
改为正常启动，重启 ，没有什么异样！
接着进入安全模式，晕，一样进入系统后发现桌面、任务栏不见，只有桌面墙纸！
点还原系统，不起作用！

接着又回到正常模式，在运行中可以看到一些桌面程序，选用可以执行！

搞了没长时间 ，不想干下去啦，重装系统！
放入XP系统盘，进入windows setup界面，等一会就出现：

file setupdd.sys could not be loaded
the error code is 7
setup cannot continue press any key to exit
于是重启，在自检进程中：
又出现以下语句：

verifying omi pool data………………update success
boot from cd:
int13142h read error (AX=3260 ,DL=9F).
block=0000116D
error loading image=CDMENU.e2b

又出现：

pri master disk LBA.ATA

意思是:(setupdd.sys 文件不能完全安装,错误代码7,安装不能继续,按任意键退出)

意思是:(检验数据成功,插入CD,读盘错误,CDMENU.E2B文件装载错误)

sel naster disk cdrom ,ATA 33
意思是:(80G的主盘,没有可移动存储,光盘)这应该是你的BIOS里设置的检测顺序,1从硬盘,2从可移动储存介质,3从光驱.

the file usbohhci.sys is corrupted
press any key to continue
意思是:(文件usbohhci.sys是坏的,按任意键继续)

the file ohci1394.sys could not be found
press any key to continue
意思是:(文件ohci1394.sys没有找到,按任意键继续)

inf file txtsetup is corrupt or missing status 32768,setup cannot continue ,
