UC知道视频软件运行时出现错误提示,需要关闭,随后出现蓝频

我在用视频器播放时,老是出现错误提示,程序被迫关闭了,随后出现蓝频现象.而且我的系统刚装了不久,原先以为中了木马,我用了杀毒软件查杀了一下,然后还把视频播放器卸载掉重新装了一下,可还是出现这种情况,这是怎么回事呢,能不能帮我解决一下,万分感谢!蓝频的内容如下:a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Run a system diagnotsic utility supplied by your hardware manufacturer.In particular,run a menory check, and check for faulty or mismatched menary Try changing video adapters.
Disable or remove any newly installed hardware and drivers.Disable or remove any newly installed software,If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable camponents,restart your computer,press F8to select Advanced Startup Options,and then select Safe Mode.
以前没出现这种情况,我用的播放器是realplayer和暴风音影,还有我在收看网络电视的时候也会出现这种情况.

以前有无这种现像啊，我建议你检查一下你的内存条，我的机子以前内存有问题就老是蓝屏的；或者你用得是什么视频播放器啊，是不是这个软件自身的兼容问题啊，你自己仔细检查一下，再换个播放器试试吧
你把杀毒软件关掉，在去网上下一个，重装一下就行了！！
主要是有一些软件不兼容
