Do you think one’s character is important in finding a job?Why or why not?

I think one's character is important in finding a job. Because people's spirit can make a great influnce on their works.If someone is in a low spirit and he can't adjust his spirit when he is working,not only he himself but also the company can make a bad impress on others ,especially the costomers. On the other hand , Having a good character is helpful for us to communicate with others and get on well with others.
There used to be a proverb:If the teenager are wealthy,the country is wealthy;if the teenagers are strong,the country is strong.(少年强则国强，少年富则国富。）So as staff and a company .If the staff's quality is good,including one's character, the company can not be bad.
So I think having a good character is important in finding a job.
