I have a different understanding to your second sentence:

应用在安装位置指定频率并且与SDZ相一致

1.于指定安装位置在特殊频率上的应用和SDZ相一致 --> not very make sense because "应用和SDZ相一致" --> ???

2. "frequencies specified" is surely not "应用频率". The statement "应用频率适用于安装位置并且与SDZ相一致" missed to show the meaning of "application.
