水泥熟料全分析方法

对水泥熟料物相定量分析的常规X射线衍射法(外标法和重叠峰自清洗法)与X射线全谱拟合法的分析结果进行了对比分析。结果表明，虽然外标法和重叠峰自清洗法对于水泥熟料的物相定量分析是可行的，但其结果的准确性往往不够理想；全谱拟合法由于最大限度地克服了常规X射线衍射存在的纯标样制备难，以及微吸收、择优取向、衍射峰重叠等问题，操作更为简便，分析结果具有更高的准确性。 Three X-ray methods for quantitative phase analysis of cement clinker (external standard method,superposing peak k-value method and Rietveld method)were studied comparatively. Although the external standard method and superposing peak k-value method are applicable,but their accuracy is often not satisfactory.The Rietveld method is more convenient and accurate,because it has no such problems as pure standard sample preparation,micro-absorption,orientation and peak superposition
