explansionary fical policy 是扩张性的财政政策，指增加政府开支。在IS-LM模型中，会将IS曲线向右上方推移。
expansionary monry policy是扩张性的货币政策，如增加货币供给。在IS-LM模型中，会将LM曲线向右下方推移。
两者结合，在IS-LM模型中，会使产出(output)增加。
而这两种政策都会增加短期的需求，在AS-AD模型中，会将AD曲线向右上方推移，所以会增加价格水平。
