I always try to draw a wonderful painting of my life. That painting is my healthy lifestyle.
First, I suppose that the most important color in that painting is a healthy eating habit. I often eat a balanced diet that concludes vegetables, fruit and meat. I so like eating carrot and cabbage that I eat them every day. And I never drink coffee and drink cola hardly ever. I like healthy food rather than junk food, I think the people that go to KFC three or four times a week is stupid. Except that, I always try me best to spend time to do many kinds of sports such as basketball and soccer.

I believe a relaxing vacation can make my life colorful. For my terrible tiredness, I decided to go to New York for my vacation. I guess it is a great plan, because I know that New York is fantastic from the information I have. New York is different from places in China. It has so many shops and restaurants. So I want to go shopping to entertain myself there, I hope I can own a good mood
