第一个正确--因为判断是否正确是个人的主观判断，而不是客观事实，这能说我不认为你说的是正确的。所以像是think, consider这类的词，如果表示认为不对或者不是，否定要放在think,consider之类的词前面。
第二个按语法应该是He thinks you aren't right
语法对了也不对，该改成：He doesn't think you are right。
这是否定的转移，在think之后这种情况后出现。
