如果不加and则which 所引导的从句就成了解说 original shape的了

加了and则表示which所引导的从句和前面的it is difficult to restore it to the original shape是并列的,都是解说if one of them was destroyed的,这样才符合原文所表达的意思.

shape 后是句号的话，不加and.which 另起一句
想把which用在前面一句话里，则加逗号，用and隔开。否则前面主语是one of them ，后面主语是which，一句话里不能出现两个主语
