卡巴禁止了迅雷的网络连接，所以没法启动
找到卡巴监视列表里相关的条目，关掉禁止选项
可能是由于你把卡巴的网络规则设为--高，导致一切形式的网络连接（除了IE），你把卡巴的网络规则里面把迅雷设为 允许 即可！
证明讯雷不是好东西啊，我以前用过的，讯雷太慢，后来换影音传送带了，没冲突。
