很简单的小问题

going fishing
因为see或watch后加do 表示看到全过程。
而加doing表示看到一部分。
比如：I see the kite is flying in the sky.
因为只看到风筝在天上而没看到放上去和降下来的过程所以用flying。

see sb. do 或 see sb. doing
前者一般用在经常发生的事上，例：I see him play basketball almost
everyday.
后者是说我看见sb.正在作某事，强调过程。例：I see him playing
basketball now.
在这，显然是说经常发生的事，所以用go fishing.

应该是go fishing，这是个宾语从句，中间省略了that
如：We can see that people go fishing.
