刚开机子就快要到”欢迎使用”的界面的时候突然电脑切换到另外一个界面，蓝屏，上边许多英文字母．第一段大概意思是你的系统出现一个问题，为了保护你的计算机才进入到这个界面．第二段大概意思是，如果是第一次出现此界面的话请重起计算机，如果不是第一次，那么参考以下步奏．然后第三段开始如下：check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer.press F8 to select advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

即使是硬件出现了问题，那也就是内存的问题，拔下来檫下。
出现蓝屏一般情况下是系统问题，可能是系统文件丢失，修复一下即可。
应该不是的，如果是内存或硬盘的话你就是还原了也不好用呀，所以应该是系统的问题，记住在出现这个问题前最后所做的操作，应该与之有关
