【目的】探讨企业能否通过上市来改变行业的本质。【方法】通过香港联交所提供的上市公司数据及相关专家的分析数据对华润创业公司经营的啤酒、石化、零售行业进行上市可行性分析。【结果】啤酒行业：作为一个极为成熟且利润率稳定的行业，利润率不取决于公司本身的运作而不是取决于一个国际竞争的环境。石化行业：该行业利润比例几乎都是来自上游的净利润，而中下游几乎没有什么利润，甚至还有负的。零售行业：在零售业的盲目扩张的结果造成成本失控，利润下跌。加之人事变动，不断制造一些负面的消息让股价下跌。【结论】在一个相对成熟的市场中，行业利润率是大环境及行业本身性质来决定的，企业通过上市并不能将其改变进而获得更高的利润。
