If any article, section, subsection, sentence or phrase of these terms and conditions, for any reason, is held invalid or should be invalid by the court of competent jurisdiction, such decision or holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. The invalid provision shall be replaced by new provisions, which will in meaning be closest to the economic goals of the contract with due observance of the parties’ interests.

如果这些期限和条件任一个文章、部分、分部、句子或词组, 为任一个原因, 使无效或是无效由有法定司法权的法庭, 这样的决定或藏品不会影响残余的部份的有效性于此。无效供应将由新供应替换, 在意思将是最接近合同的经济目标同适当遵守的党的利益。
