To my opinion, a waiter is whom to service others. As a waiter, they can't do the bad things to the guest. Maybe sometimes it is really hard to just do the even oppersite thing to what one's really want to do.
So I think to be a waiter, we have to do our best to make others happy, and control ourself not to show the angry out when feel upset about things or even is really others botherd us; but to a guest we have to know the waiters, and try to understand their standing place, and not try to do anything bad to them also be considerate of them.
