1. POTENTIAL SUPPLIER, will keep confidential and not disclose to any third party or use for its own benefit (except for the purpose set forth above) or for the benefit of any third party, the Information. 2．潜在供应商应以至少保护自有的保密信息的相同注意程度，但不低于合理的注意程度来保护信息，使其免于被未授权使用或公开。潜在供应商同意对那些其雇员需要知道的信息实行限制进入。
3．在发现信息有任何被未授权使用或公开时，潜在供应商应立刻通报Emporia Telecom，并且与Emporia Telecom合力去收回信息的拥有权，防止其进一步被未授权使用。
