最好做....而不是....做.
to do
跟do，只是固定句型
跟do.
其实rather than 后也应该跟to do 这个动词不定式.但是由于前面有了to.
所以就把to省掉了.就组成了这个固定搭配:
better to do sth rather than do sth .
