摘要：目的 探讨促纤维增生性小圆细胞肿瘤的细胞起源及其病理诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 HE及免疫组化观察分析。结果 肿瘤组织由巢团状小圆细胞组成，间质为丰富的幼稚的梭形纤维组织，免疫组化显示上皮、间叶及神经内分泌阳性表达。 结论 促纤维增生性小圆细胞肿瘤是一种特殊的小圆细胞肿瘤，有其特殊的临床病病理特点，结合光镜，免疫组化，电镜及基因分析可能起源于原始多潜能细胞。

Abstract Objective : To investigate the desmoplastic small round cell tumor cell origin and pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis.HE method of analysis and immunohistochemical study.Results from tumor-like nests of small round cells, stromal rich naive spindle fibers,Immunohistochemistry revealed epithelial and mesenchymal neuroendocrine expression.CONCLUSION desmoplastic small round cell tumor is a special small round cell tumor, a special feature of clinical pathology,using light microscopy, immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy and gene analysis arises from primitive multi-potential stem cell.KEY WORDS : desmoplastic small round cell tumor; Lung; Pathologic diagnosis; Differential diagnosis; Cell origin
