我的名字叫SHERRY，我在西餐上班，我是一个领班，我的工作是在客人需要用餐时为他提供服务，让客人感到满意。比如：为客人点单，上菜，询问客人是否满意，最后帮助客人结帐。在做好这些工作的同时也要检查员工的工作情况，配合主管，经理的工作让客人满意，为酒店增加收入。

My name is SHERRY, I'm working in a Western food hotel, I'm a captain.My job is to provide services to the guests who want dinner and satisfy them, such as: checking in orders, serving , acquiring customers satisfaction, and helping them check out. At the same time , I should check the staff's work situations, cooperate with Charge and Manager in satisfying customers,for increaseing hotel's revenue.
