第二问题中，工作时间你用academic hours？(academic是“学院的”意思)，有点点疑问？

1. Is it the registration of GEA university? I am a student of MS EMBA of GEA university, I want to stop by to apply for my student ID. Do you know what should I bring with me? Like photo?
2. What size of the photo do you need for it? 2 to 3 inches? What is the academic hours?
