卸掉所有的新近安装的硬件.
运行由计算机制造商提供的所有系统诊断软件.尤其是内存检查.
检查是否正确安装了所有新硬件或软件,如果这是一次全新安装,请与硬件或软件制造商联系,获得可能需要的任何Windows更新或驱动程序.
禁用或卸载所有的反病毒程序.
禁用BIOS内存选项,例如cache或shadow.
你新安装的硬件和系统不兼容，或者是你新安装的驱动、软件......什么的和系统不兼容。
如果是硬件不兼容，拔去硬件即可。
如果是驱动不兼容，升级驱动程序
如果是软件不兼容，可以试试上windows updates升级你的操作系统，还不行的话卸载该软件。
有问题的内存(包括屋里内存、二级缓存、显存)、不兼容的软件(主要是远程控制和杀毒软件)、损坏的NTFS卷以及有问题的硬件(比如: PCI插卡本身已损坏)等都会引发这个错误.
出现这个东西，你的机器能启动出来已经是不错了，如果启动不了，就重做系统把
大部分是软件或病毒引起的问题~解决办法:重启电脑,按F8进入安全模式,卸载出问题之前装的一些软件,启动杀毒软件杀毒,杀木马~~
如果还不行就只有在安全模式下备份C盘的重要文件,然后重装系统了~~
