首先你得明白安装vmware tools是怎么安装的，
是在系统进入桌面以后可以访问虚拟系统中的光驱的时候，如果选择安装tools，那么vmware自动将虚拟的安装盘插入到光驱中，这时候一般会自动启动安装程序，如果没自动启动说明虚拟系统的光盘自动运行功能没有开启，只要进入虚拟系统的光驱手工执行安装程序就行了。
