Radzinski is a Polish-born Canadian international who joined Everton after a protracted transfer wrangle in July 2001 for ?4.5million.
The Toffeemen and his old club, Anderlecht, struggled to reach agreement on a fee for the player. But, in the end, Everton knew they had to sign the star as a replacement for Francis Jeffers, who had moved to Arsenal.

The former Toronto Rockets, Sint-Catherines Roma and Germinal Ekeren forward had netted 23 goals for his Belgium club - including five strikes in the Champions League - to alert the Goodison Park scouts. He has a good turn of pace.

He made his debut in the Merseyside derby against Liverpool in September 2001, and netted in his next game against West Ham United.
