一次命运的赌博A fateful bet/gambling.
再不对就没更好的了．因为这里的命运是“有决定意义的”的意思，不一定是赌命，赌生死，所以我用形容词fateful，表示了这种意思，而on destiny，on fate 则是赌命运或生命本身的。

我认为这样表达更合乎老外的思维
1.拥有的要懂得珍惜
Cherish what you have! 或You should cherish what you have!

一次命运的赌博 是不是该理解为一此关乎生死 至关重要的赌博呢 我想是的 出题的弟弟补充下 呵呵 姐姐很自信的说哦
