首先看看你的dx版本是多少，至少要dx9.0版本的
然后再看你的显卡，是否支持dx9.0
如果都符合
再看游戏本身
看游戏是硬盘版还是光盘版。
1.如果是硬盘版，那就看游戏目录下SimCity 4\Apps\SimCity 4.exe能否运行
不能的话，多半是游戏中文件有错误。解决办法：最好是重新从其他地址下载游戏。
2.光盘版的，需要虚拟光驱读取文见，一般有2个光盘文件，一个是安装光盘文件，一个是游戏光盘文件。完游戏时，要放入游戏光盘文件才能玩。
虚拟光驱建议用DAEMON Tools软件。
