随着计算机技术的不断发展，计算机作为知识经济时代的产物，已被广泛应用于社会各个行业和领域。随着我国行政治机构的日趋完善和公务员队伍的日渐壮大，采取先进的计算机硬件设备以及高质量的辅助软件来管理我县干部职工各项信息势在必行，干部信息管理系统软件作为一种管理软件，将会对我县管理干部信息方面起到广泛的作用，从而更进一步提高我县工作效率。本论文就是结合我县组织管理部门中的干部信息管理现状出发，针对干部信息管理的复杂程序，经过详细的系统调查，开发出的操作简单而且方便实用的一个干部信息管理系统。对我县在职干部的基本信息、培训信息、学习信息、年度考核信息以及我县退休干部信息进行查询和管理。
本系统的前端开发工具是Visual Basic 6.0，后台数据库引擎选用数据库软件SQL Server 2000。
本系统经过测试，运行稳定，已得到认可。
