'PLease Sir, I am very sorry to disturb you however, would it be alright if you can just turn down your music a bit?

'I asked you many times to turn down your music volumne but maybe you weren't in the mood so I am asking you politely Sir...please turn down your music..'

If he says something like 'Bugger off..bite me'
I will simply write a little note:

Dear Sir

I do like to repeat.....Please turn off your music..It is too loud..Please think for others..If you won't turn off the music then I am sorry but I have to complain..

If he still don't give a damn..I'll..I'll burst into his room and bash the hell out of him...tempting but I can't so...I guess that I'll complain and when he is asleep..I'll also play loud music to bug him..
