在中小学外语教学改革过程中，对于学生的学习评价是摆在我们面前亟待研究和解决的一个现实问题。目前我国外语教学的评价方式过多地依赖于终结性评价，更多地是以学生的外语考试成绩评判学生外语学习能力的高低。为此，基于理论研究和实践研究相结合的原则，本文在课题组进行了大约三年时间的行动研究的基础上，提出目前中小学外语学习评价改革的重点应当是，在终结性评价和形成性评价并重原则指导下，加强对形成性评价的研究和实践。
