浅议现代民营企业人力资源管理
摘要:在新经济时代,人力资源管理对于民营企业的生存与发展至关重要。中国的民营企业经过几十年的发展,在中国市场经济中已经占有越来越重的分量,但与企业配套的管理却没有适时地跟进。加入WTO以后,民营企业面临着最大的危机就是人才的危机。人才成为制约民营企业成长发展的最关键因素。本文以我国民营企业为例,探索其人力资源管理的现状以及存在的问题,提出了具体解决问题的方法策略,以促进民营企业健康、有序、高效运行。
