跪求！解决卡巴斯基问题

应用程序发生异常，unknown software exception (0xc0000094),位置为 0x68f06c2f 。
要终止程序，请单击“确定”。
要调试程序，请单击“取消”。
（问题是无论点了什么，卡巴斯基程序都会断开连接。所以请求高人帮助。）

卡巴的安全专家放出更新中断的解释（已解决更新中断的问题）
：是由于卡巴服务器更新文件错误导致中断。
关闭自我保护，删除C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\updcfg.xml 。卡巴正在恢复更新服务器，估计很快就好了！（目前已经可以更新了！）
