语法不对.
在there be句型中是不允许出现have的。
可以说
I have a meeting 或者There be a meeting 因为二者相同的意思，所以不能同时使用，都表示“有”

另外，后半部分时间表达法有误：
正确的表达是：
There will be a meeting on Thursday at 2 to 3:30PM in November 30th.
