...将要有什么
be 保持不变
这句华应该是
There will be an english film here tomorrow.

把have换成be~
There be 句型中不能出现have的~！！！
因为2个都表示有的意思~

实际上这应该是个there be 句型，是将来时，
写成There will be an English film here tomorrow.最好

there后面绝对不能有have（完成时助动词不算）记住偶
