Dress Code
it is advised that you come to work dressed according to your salary. if we see you wearing prada shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a raise. if you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you can buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a raise. if you dress just right, you are right where you need to be, and therefore you do not need a raise.

我们建议员工在工作时应当按照自己的工资水平穿着打扮.如果我们看到你穿着Prada的鞋子,拿着Gucci的包包,我们会认为你的经济状况很不错,因此你并不需要加薪.如果你穿得很穷酸,你则需要管好你的钱了,以便于你能买些更好的衣服,因此你也不需要加薪.如果你穿着很得体,你正好符合我们的要求,因此你也不需要加薪.

(外企有这样的老板也可以了,不过够幽默的了)

如果我们看到你穿着帕达的鞋，拎着库奇的包来上班，我们就知道了你的经济状况非常好，因此你不需要加薪了。（帕达和库奇都是世界级的名牌，随便一个什么东西就上万了。）

if you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you can buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a raise.
如果我们发现你穿得很寒酸，这说明你应该学会更好的控制你其它方面的支出，这样你就可以有足够的钱来买好一些的衣服了。因此，你不需要加薪。

if you dress just right, you are right where you need to be, and therefore you do not need a raise.
