请问我违反了什么游戏规则，要把我的ID封停。我是一名普通的玩家，也遵守游戏的规则。为什么要封停我的ID？很长时间的升级，就象照顾自己的宝宝一样，花费了很多的心血。警察局长都没有我这么劳累。难道就没有一个合理的理由吗？你们Blizzard公司就是这样对待你们的拥护者吗？拿出你们的理由，给我一个合适的答复。这是你们现在需要做的。必须做的事情！！

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am writting this letter to complaint about the cancellation of my game ID. If possible I would like to know what game rules did I break to make my ID forbidden. I am an ordinary player and I follow all the rules of the game. Why is my ID canceled? I have spent a lot of time as well as effort in the game. I took care of it as my child. Isn't there any reasonable explanations? Is that the way Blizzard treat your clients? Please give me an explanation and reply me as soon as possible. Looking forward to your reply.
