非联合国会员国的国家是哪几个？

继黑山共和国于2006年6月28日加入为会员国之后，联合国现在一共有192个会员国。不是楼主说的191个。
罗马教廷是在联合国总部设有常驻观察员代表团的非会员国。
剩下的一个就不知道了。
