HEM WIDTHS 3/8" for sleeve and none for top
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS 5 pieces costume: tunic,pant, hood and boot covers
Tunic:
Set Front and Back pieces together. Set Velcro closure at Back neck
Serge sleeve opening, turn in and SN TS
Set sleeves with shoulder wings to body
Pant: set 1" elastic to waistline
Hood: Serge face opening and bottom edge, turn in, SN TS
Boot covers: Single needle stitch 1" elastic at notch at bottom of boot.
Use 3" of elastic per boot.
Raw edges at top and bottom of boot. Set 1/4" elastic at bottom edge
WASH/FINISH
LABEL PLACEMENT center back at waistband or neckline
HANGTAG PLACEMENT N/A
PACKAGING individual polybag, fold flat
